Jacinta Karita

Mrs Karita is the former Group Managing Director of both Pacific and FirstRe.
She is an associate of the Chartered Inssurance Institute of London and has been in the insurance industry for more than 28 years.
Kabage Karanja
Deputy Chairperson

Mr Karanja is a director of Cave Bureau, an architectural practice based in Kilimani, Nairobi.
He plays an advisory role in the Strategic IT & Digital Space Development for Pacific Insurance Brokers (EA) Ltd and FirstRe Reinsurance Brokers Africa Ltd.
Wambui Kabage

Ms. Wambui Kabage is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a certified professional mediator and a member of the Law Society of Kenya with 21 years experience in litigation, family, corporate and commercial matters.
She serves as a director providing valuable legal insights and advice.
Mbugua Kabage

Mr Kabage is the Executive Director for Pacific Insurance Brokers (EA) Ltd. He oversees Digital Space and operational development for the company.
He has vast experience in international trade in the field of importation and exportation of products in Kenya, Europe and Australia and experience in inter-corporate relations.
Jagi Gakunju
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Gakunju is a trained lawyer and advocate of the high court of Kenya, with vast experience in corporate law.
Until his retirement, he worked as the Group MD of AAR Healthcare and also the Group CEO for AAR Holdings Ltd and has since been appointed a board member for various firms and organisations.
Ramesh Vora

Ramesh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of England and a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.
He is a practising Company Secretary since 1975 with a client base of over 180 companies comprised of multinationals, public and local companies and has been our secretary since 1997.
Daniel Kathitu

Daniel Munyao Kathitu has more than 30 years experience the insurance field with local and international training and experience in reinsurance business treaty and facultative.
Daniel has been the Managing Director and previously as the Director for Business Development at First Reinsurance Brokers Africa Limited.

Macknon Mwashi has over 13 years
of experience in the insurance industry with strengths in building strong relationships for commercial value and progressive business impact.
Macknon also serves as a member in the Technical and legal Committee of Association of Insurance Brokers Kenya (AIBK).
